The highly successful winter show “Attention, the friend bites”, which was warmly embraced by the audience, returns with a tour at the open-air theaters of Greece and Cyprus this summer. This is a subversive improvisational performance directed by Vladimiros Kyriakidis.
It is based on the comedy “I really like what you do” by Carole Greep and was staged for the first time in our country at the Zina Theater during the winter season. The directorial gaze of Vladimiros Kyriakidis “marries” the successful theatrical script with the creative improvisation.
It gives the impetus to its co-stars to unfold on stage the spontaneously tested artistic inspiration and invent the expressive means of the … moment, giving the audience the opportunity to enjoy a “different” performance every night. Improvisations, the constant play of speech, truth and illusion coexist harmoniously, causing endless laughter. The play received rave reviews in Paris, where it is played for the 16th consecutive year, “breaking the box office”.
