Three years after the impressive “Living Dinosaurs” exhibition, that fascinated and impressed thousands of visitors, dinosaurs come back to Cyprus.
The exhibition is presented in Cyprus by Hellenic Bank.
This time in a completely different version, we’ll see, get to know and hear the “Dinosaurs of the Ocean”. These are the sea dinosaurs and different monsters that swam in the Asian and Pacific seas millions of years ago.
“Ocean Dinosaurs” is an interactive, educational and entertainment exhibition that’s aimed at individuals of all ages from young children and students to grandparents and those interested in the evolution of marine life from the prehistoric period to this day.
The exhibition hosts 15 differing kinds of robotic monsters in real sizes (up to sixteen meters long). With their movements, colors, textures and sounds, they’re going to give us unique moments from the “real life” of those huge dinosaurs of the sea.
Thanks to the japanese engineering of animatronics, a playful and at the same time instructive walk has been created between the powerful marine creatures that once ruled the depths of the oceans.
Visitors can have the opportunity to discover how stunning the ancient world of the oceans is and find out the similarities and differences between trendy marine animals and their ancestors, as well as the similarities and differences between terrestrial and aquatic dinosaurs.
The “Ocean Dinosaurs” were created by the argentine paleontologists Dr. Sebastian Asengeguy and Dr. Adrian Giacchino.
The exhibition is going to be for the first time in Cyprus from 26 January to 7 April 2019 at the Cyprus International fair (Pavilion 3).
The exhibition is under the auspices of the Minister of Education and Culture, Dr. Kostas Chambiaouris.
