Fotini Velesiotou in a musical tribute to the celebrated female singers of Rebetiko that inspired composers to write some of the finest folk and rebetiko songs of Greece. Marika Ninou, Sotiria Bellou, Ioanna Georgakopoulou, Haroula Lampraki, Stella Haskil and many others left an enduring mark on the genre, on the stage of a different era next to the greatest composers like Tsitsanis, Vamvakaris and Papaioannou.
Alongside Fotini Velesiotou, the exceptional young performer Anatoli Margiola and the musicians: Giorgos Karamfillis (bouzouki), Nikos Papanastasiou (accordeon), Vassilis Ketentzoglou (guitar), Dionysis Makris (double bass).
